Things have gotten horrible. Your bad habits are catching up with you. You need to change. You want to change. And you are ready to change.
However, I have some bad news for you.
You have no power to change.
“Not true,” you might say. Sadly, I cannot tell you any differently.
Though you have the desire, you do not have the ability to embrace lasting change on your own.
You might be able to change a little bit or switch bad habits. You may even be able to enforce militant change upon yourself for a time.
But ultimately you will fail on your own.
