Here’s the thing — I’m sick and tired of all the bad advice on leadership these days. Bosses everywhere are messing this up constantly, and it’s time I spoke up about this failure to lead.

Instead, let me introduce you to what I call the “Leadership Vacuum” — the name I give my leadership strategies. If you are diligent, you will learn how to use this vacuum to suck in success as much as possible. And grow rich in the process, of course!
